When you need to make a claim, we’re here to help guide you through the process.
As your insurance broker, we can:
Assist you in lodging your claim with the insurer.
Explain the claims process and the information the insurer may require.
Liaise with the insurer on your behalf throughout the assessment process.
Keep you informed of the progress of your claim.
Help resolve any questions or issues that arise during the claims process.
Our Role
Our role is to assist and advocate for you throughout the claims process. However:
Claims are assessed and determined by the insurer.
Acceptance or denial of a claim is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of your insurance policy.
We cannot guarantee that a claim will be accepted or that a particular settlement amount will be paid.
Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim:
Notify us as soon as possible after the event.
Take reasonable steps to prevent further loss or damage where safe to do so.
Gather any supporting documentation (photos, invoices, police reports or other relevant information).
Contact our office and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Emergency Claims
If the incident occurs outside our business hours and requires immediate attention, please contact your insurer’s 24-hour claims hotline. If possible, please let us know as soon as practicable so we can assist with your claim.
